For quiet walks there’s UBC Botanical Garden, Nitobe Japanese Memorial Garden or Pacific Spirit Regional Park which wraps around the university grounds. The park features more than 70km hiking trails
through forest and along the shoreline. Popular beaches along the Pacific Regional Park coastline include Spanish Banks and the clothing-optional Wreck Beach
